1. Nature of Our Service — Third-Party Contractors

FixPro Appliance ("we", "us") operates this website as a marketing and referral service. We are not an appliance repair company and do not ourselves diagnose or repair appliances. When you call the phone number on this website, you are not calling FixPro Appliance; your call is transferred to an independent, third-party appliance repair contractor in our network that serves your area, and that contractor is responsible for handling your service request.

Any agreement for services, and all quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and warranties, are solely between you and the independent contractor you are connected with. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the contractor's work, pricing, timing, or conduct. We may receive compensation from contractors for connecting you with them.

2. Services

Contractors in our network provide in-home diagnosis and repair services for household appliances. All services are subject to contractor and technician availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when the contractor's scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are provided by the contractor after in-person diagnosis and are approved by the customer before any repair work begins. Prices may vary based on appliance brand, model, part availability, and the complexity of the repair. Where a contractor offers to waive its diagnosis fee, the waiver applies only when the customer proceeds with the quoted repair.

4. Warranty

Repairs performed by contractors in our network are covered by the contractor's 90-day parts and labor warranty from the date of service. The warranty is provided by the contractor, not by FixPro Appliance. It covers the specific fault that was repaired and does not extend to unrelated faults, normal wear and tear, misuse, power surges, or damage caused by third parties. Warranty claims are made to the contractor and require proof of the original service.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with the contractor free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee set by the contractor.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the appliance and disclose any known issues, prior repair attempts, or modifications. Neither we nor the contractor are responsible for pre-existing damage or faults concealed at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid to FixPro Appliance in connection with the matter in question. We are not liable for services performed by independent contractors or for indirect or consequential losses, including food spoilage, loss of use, or lost income.

8. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us and by the independent contractor to whom your call is routed regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to connect you with a contractor and support your service request (such as your name, phone number, and address). When you call, your call and the information you provide during it are shared with the independent contractor to whom your call is routed so that contractor can respond to your request; the contractor's use of your information is governed by its own privacy practices. Your information is otherwise used solely to provide the referral service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
