1. Services

FixPro Appliance Repair ("we", "us") provides in-home diagnosis and repair services for household appliances. All services are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are provided after in-person diagnosis and are approved by the customer before any repair work begins. Prices may vary based on appliance brand, model, part availability, and the complexity of the repair. The diagnosis fee is waived only when the customer proceeds with the quoted repair.

3. Warranty

Repairs are covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty from the date of service. The warranty covers the specific fault that was repaired and does not extend to unrelated faults, normal wear and tear, misuse, power surges, or damage caused by third parties. Warranty claims require proof of the original service.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the appliance and disclose any known issues, prior repair attempts, or modifications. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults concealed at the time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including food spoilage, loss of use, or lost income.

7. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
